Goal difference in head-to-head matches tied teams.
Goals scored in head-to-head matches tied teams.
Overall goal difference in all group matches.
Overall goals scored in all group matches.
Fair play points (disciplinary points based on cards).
World Ranking position.

Third-Place Ranking

The eight best third-placed teams are ranked across all 12 groups using the same tiebreaker criteria.

Yellow = -1 · Two yellows = -3 · Direct red = -4 · Yellow + red = -5.
